Peter Stevens, 89, died Thursday, January 18, 2018, after a short period of failing health. He was the husband of the late Teresa (Gallo) Stevens, who died in 2006. They were married for 56 years. He was born in Cambridge, the son of the late Angelo and Catherine Stavropoulos.

Mr. Stevens worked for many years in the transportation department at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care where he enjoyed greeting everyone with a big smile. He dedicated his life to his God, Jehovah, in 1962, and loved to share Bible truths with others and to attend meetings at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

He is survived by two sons: Glenn Stevens of Maynard, Mark Stevens of Malden; two daughters: Sandra DeOliveira of Marlborough, Shirley Giaimo of CA; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was predeceased by a grandson.

A memorial service in his memory will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 419 Main St. Northborough MA 01532. A reception for family and friends will be held shortly after the service.
