Gayle E. Larassa, 57, passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021, at the Reservoir Center, Marlborough, MA.
Gayle was born in Marlborough the daughter of Sandra (Slattery) DeLong and the late John Edward Larassa.
Gayle leaves behind her 3 children, Angela Mueller of Sutton, and husband Eric, Michael Taylor of Safford, Arizona, and Ronald McGerigle and Jackie Gene of West Bridgewater; 7 grandchildren, Sophia and Tage Mueller, Brenna McGerigle, Alexis, Doninick, Kali, and Aria Taylor; her mother, Sandra DeLong and David Wilder of Marlborough; her brother, George Larassa and Cindy Bercume of Marlborough, her sister; Kimberly and Steve Ryan of Bridgeton, ME.; her Uncle Dixon and Aunt Teri of Colorado, Aunt BettyAnne Dumais of Georgia her 2 nieces Michelle Briggs and Amanda Greenwood and many cousins.
In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her husband, James Demers, and niece Shawna Jean Larassa.
Gayle had a great love for tattoos, each one represented a part of her life and her travels. She was nick named the Little Gypsy because she was always off on another adventure. She was a lifelong member of the Marlborough Moose.
She enjoyed drawing, painting, and diamond painting. She also enjoyed going to Salisbury Beach and Hampton Beach in the summer months
She also loved going to Encore Casino with her friend Sandy Cheney.
Calling hours will be held on September 18, 2021, from 2-5 p.m. in the Short & Rowe Funeral Home, 95 W. Main Street, Marlborough, MA. A Funeral Service will follow at the Funeral Home.
