Obituary
Carol R. Sherman, 83, of Marlborough died on Monday, February 20, 2023 at the Reservoir Healthcare in Marlborough after a lengthy illness.
She was born in Plymouth, MA, the daughter of Edward F. and Catherine L. (Weichel) Bartlett.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard C. Sherman of Marlborough, her son Richard Sherman of Gardner, MA, a son Randy Sherman of Colebrook, NH, a daughter Kim Mitchell and her husband Joseph Mitchell of Falmouth, MA, a daughter-in-law, Erika Sherman, 2 grandsons Nicholas and Jason Sherman, 2 granddaughters, Carli and Alisa Sherman. Plus some nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter Tracy Sherman and a grandson Joseph Mitchell, a sister Ruth Wall of Plymouth, MA, a brother Edward Bartlett of Florida and a sister Gail LeClair of Rochdale, MA.
Carol loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed time with them at the beach and camping at the Cape Cod canal. She had a passion for taking lots of pictures of them. She was often planning parties and outings. She enjoyed reading and cooking too.
At her request there will be no services. After cremation, graveside services will be held later this spring in Plymouth, MA.
