Michael J. Forrest

       Michael Joseph Forrest passed away Sunday August 19, 2018.   He was born in in Minnesota the son of the late Sidney and Myrna Forrest and lived many years in Marlborough, MA.

       He was a hard working, caring and loving father, brother and son. He worked every day of his life and enjoyed the beach, camping, and playing pool.

       He is survived by his two children Kristin Forrest and Brian Forrest. He also leaves behind two grandchildren Abigail and Wade as well as his siblings: Jeffrey, Patty, Barbie, Billy, Sandy and Steven. To say he will be missed is an understatement but he is finally at peace and watching over us.

      Visiting hours will be held on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m.- 12:00 noon in the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home (www.shortfuneral.com), 95 West Main St. Marlborough.

      In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd., Waltham MA 02452.
