Lynn A. (Evans, Wallace) Chappelle, 53, died unexpectedly at her home on Sunday October 14, 2018. She was born in Malden, the daughter of the late Ernest W. and Janet F. (Matthews) Evans and lived most of her life in the Metrowest area.
Some of the things Lynn enjoyed the most was spending time with the people she loved, her Dunkin Donuts coffee, the Turner Classic movie channel and most of all her grandbabies.
She is survived by a daughter; Amanda Burke and son-in-law, Patrick Burke, of Leominster, two brothers; Robert Evans of Hudson and Glenn Evans of Ohio, two sisters; Gail Kelly of Hudson and Nancy Sturtevant of Vermont, three grandchildren; Sophia, Mason and Parker Burke along with many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 5:00-8:00 p.m. in the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home (www.shortfuneral.com), 95 West Main St. Marlborough. A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Forestvale Cemetery in Hudson.
