Lois Morelli

Marlborough

     Lois Morelli, 79, died Wednesday December 27, 2017 after a short period of failing health.  She was born in Marlborough, the daughter of the late Nicholas and Anita (Silvestri) Morelli and lived here all of her life.

     Ms. Morelli was a teacher in the Northborough public schools for many years and was a member of the Massachusetts Teacher Association.  She was also member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Marlborough.

      She is survived by a sister Pearl Morelli of Marlborough and many nieces and nephews.

      Her funeral will be held on Friday 1:00 pm in the Immaculate Conception Church, 11 Prospect St. Marlborough.  Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.  Visiting hours will be held on Friday morning from 11:00 am -12:30 pm in the William R. Short and Son Funeral Home (www.shortfuneral.com), 95 West Main St. Marlborough.
